Elite Performance Clinic is owned and operated by Paul Henderson or otherwise known as "Hendo". Paul is a soft tissue specialist specialising in Active Release Technique (ART) and Redcord Systems.  Our clinic is focussed on finding the source of your pain and working with you to treat it, strengthen it and eradicate it. We don't stop there; we work with you to develop a program to not only live pain free but to turn your weakness into a strength for elite performance.

World Class Experience
Originally an athlete,sprinter specialising in 100mtrs, 200mtrs and the mens 4x100mtr relay. Paul represented Australia at 2 World Championships, 1994 Commonwealth Games (silver medal), the 1995 World Championships (silver medal) and the 1996 Olympic Games.  Due to his extensive training Paul had a long association with leading therapists at the Australian institute of Sport Injury Therapy Centre

23 Years In Practice
In addition Paul has conducted practices both in Australia and Sweden over the last 13 years working as a soft tissue injury clinician specialising in ART. His expertise in this field has also resulted in him being an educator in ART.

Leading Edge Therapies
As well as a leading ART therapist, Paul now brings back to Australia something unique in the redcord system. redcord is an effective concept for training functionality. It uses body weight and slings in order to challenge the body's strength and alignment.
